Nino Razmadze
Founder & CEO
Nino Razmadze, Founder and CEO of VartSmart Consulting is a business, management, and investment consultant with extensive international experience. Nino’s expertise includes program and project management, building PMO functions, team building, and team leadership, managing/implementing strategic initiatives, designing and managing global multimillion-dollar projects aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements; vendor management, business analysis, business strategy and development, contract negotiation and administration, execution of data/software programs, client relations, and risk management.
Since 2002, Nino has worked with project teams in Germany, France, Japan, China, Spain, Greece, UAE, UK, Turkey, Georgia and other international locations. No matter the locale of the organization, her goal is the same: to exceed expectations by helping companies initiate change, improve operations, and yield positive financial results.
Driven by an analytical mind and a collaborative spirit, Nino works closely with corporate executives to develop and deliver focused business, technology, and communication strategies that translate into meaningful action. As the Senior Project Manager and Management Consultant for two international banks, she delivered a 60% percent average improvement in the efficiency and performance of their project management teams, decreased audit issues dramatically, and established quality and risk mitigation strategies that ensured compliance with company and government standards. As a Vice President and Management Consultant for a global financial services firm, she improved business efficiency by 45% and reduced operating costs while playing a key role in securing $100+ million in new capital for Eastern European projects.
She holds a bachelor's degree in English Studies from the University of Georgia and has received Certificates of Achievement in Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Business Law. At the age of 18, she began running her own English translation and tutoring business, and at the age of 23, became the sole financial support for her family. In 2006, Nino was one of 10 international applicants chosen from a pool of 4,000 for a USAID program which allowed her to spend several months in the United States learning business skills she could then share with other young professionals in Georgia.
In 2011, after two decades of living and working around the world, Nino moved to America and made her home in New York City. She now indulges her life-long love of running with a daily jog in Central Park and often participates in races as a member of NYRR. Her other interests include dance and travel, both of which feed her love of learning about other cultures.
